In-depth strategy for multi-faceted organizational transformation
We began by assessing infrastructure and processes to identify issues and opportunities. Next we collaborated with PayPal’s architecture, infrastructure engineering, and software delivery teams to mitigate the issues and capitalize on the opportunities. Recommendations included auto-scaling and standardizing and automating engineering infrastructure, processes, and the Software Delivery Lifecycle (SDLC). We highlighted opportunities to maximize infrastructure utilization, reduce potential single points of failure, and improve processes.
