After conducting the assessment, we worked closely with Credit Suisse architecture, infrastructure engineering, and software delivery leaders to develop a vision for organizational transformation. The vision included auto-scaling, standardization, and automated engineering infrastructure, processes, and Software Delivery Lifecycle Management (SDLC). To realize the vision, we modernized application delivery by developing and implementing CI/CD and DevOps processes.

Outcomes of the transformation include increased infrastructure efficiency, cost reduction, Agile delivery, and increased developer productivity. Our work enabled Credit Suisse to evolve from traditional SDLC techniques to modern DevOps, automating processes while also improving oversight and governance.
