Strategic evaluation of technology, data, and IT resources
Working with Kaiser’s architecture leadership team, we conducted a comprehensive assessment of engineering infrastructure and software development, including software, data, networking, and IT processes.

After reviewing the assessment, Kaiser’s leadership asked us to work with them to develop a new organizational vision. We created a transformation roadmap listing out all steps to realize the vision, including a detailed risk analysis.
