Coordinating with Credit Suisse leadership, we assessed existing organizational strategy, teams, platforms, and services. The assessment included in-depth interviews with internal experts to investigate how to integrate AI/ML into the business to deliver real business value.

Based on the study findings we developed a future vision and evolutionary roadmap for data analytics and AI/ML. The recommendations are helping Credit Suisse see more value from hundreds of data scientists, data platforms, and product and services pipelines. The roadmap lays out the actions to build a data-driven “brain” for operations, helping Credit Suisse leapfrog its competitors. The roadmap also aligns with the organization’s overall digital transformation strategy and complies with cybersecurity, privacy, and operational governance standards.
